Full compliance  with EPA 2010 emission regulations is achieved with Hino’s Selective Catalytic Reduction ( SCR ) system. The engines are also equipped with a powerful 1000Watt immersion water heater and a glow plug style manifold heater  for Canadian winter climate. Exhaust brakes are standard on every model to improve braking performance and preserve service brakes. The truck’s design incorporates impressive serviceability all the way around to assure simple, straightforward diagnostics and repair.
