Hino's 165 is the perfect solution for congested city traffic. This truck combines superb manoeuvrability, excellent visibility and a long list of standard features which ensure driver comfort. Hino's 4.7 L, 4-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine provides smooth and reliable power, developing 175 hp and 376 lbs. ft. of torque.
The 165 is equipped with standard 5-speed Eaton manual transmission (201" wheelbase) and is also available with a 4-speed Aisin 450-43LE automatic transmission (183" and 201" wheelbases). Trucks equipped with the Aisin automatic transmission also come equipped with standard alloy wheels. The 165 is also available with an optional Allison 1000RDS 6-speed automatic transmission (183" and 201" wheelbases). All transmissions have PTO capability.

The Hino 258LP is a very versatile truck. The combination of superb manoeuvrability, payload capability and 6 available wheelbases (175" - 253") make it ideal for towing, landscaping, and the delivery of building materials, furniture and general freight. Hino's 7.6 L, 6-cylinder, 220 hp, turbocharged, diesel engine provides excellent fuel economy, power and throttle response.
The standard transmission is a 6-speed Eaton FS5406A (253" wheelbase) and a 6-speed Allison 2200RDS automatic transmission with PTO capability is optional. Hydraulic disc brakes with ABS are standard equipment. Rear air suspension is optional. This truck includes a number of cost saving features, including:

With the same benefits as our 258LP model, the Hino 268 comes with a higher frame height and a heavier 10,000 lb front axle making the 268 ideal for applications such as refrigerated bodies, water bottle carriers or heavy freight. Hino's 7.6 L, 220 hp 6-cylinder, turbocharged, diesel engine provides excellent fuel economy, power, throttle response and legendary Hino reliability.

Wheelbases up to 271" provide a strong base from which you can customize the 338 to suit your particular need. The Hino 358 has been optimized for heavy-duty service. The 23,000 lb. rear axle, optional 120,000 psi heavy duty frame and driver-controlled locking rear differential makes the Hino 358 ideal for delivering heavy loads where maximum frame strength and traction are required. The standard full air braking system provides reliable and effective braking when you need it most. Recommended applications for the Hino 358 include: building materials delivery, tanker, dump, and refrigerated bodies. The 358 is powered by Hino's most powerful 260 hp 6-cylinder, turbocharged, diesel engine and is available with either a standard Eaton FS6406A manual transmission or a heavy-duty Allison 3000RDS 6-speed automatic transmission with PTO capability.
